Right of cancellation for consumers (every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes who are mostly not attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. 

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Santoloco.com, Eisenmannstraße 4, 80331 Munich, shop@santoloco.com, phone: +49 89 2322 5925) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision. To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Return

This is how you proceed if you want to revoke your order within the  first 14 days  after buying the goods:

-  Fill in the cancellation form

- Print out the cancellation form and please print out your return on (independent return shipping) or send the completed cancellation form to shop@santoloco.com and D u from us receives the return label back by email (the costs will be deducted from you when the return is carried out).

Attention : 
- For return with DPD via the return portal in  Germany,  we deduct € 6.95 from your credit. The return shipping is only free of charge if you keep at least 69 euros from the order value.  
- For the return with DPD via the return portal  for all remaining countries,  we deduct € 14.90 from your credit. The return shipping is only free of charge if you keep at least 99 euros from the order value.  
- The return shipping of surf and snowboards via the return portal (all countries) is not possible! 
- The return shipping of surf and snowboards can only be handled by our freight forwarder. The cost of this is 100% with the customer. 
- You are also welcome to process the return of your order with a shipping service provider of your choice.  
- If the order is sent back without free, the costs incurred will be deducted from the credit. 

After the goods have returned to us and we have processed the return, you will receive the credit on the same payment route on which you made your order.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to pay you all payments we received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier time is. 

You have to send or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you teach us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. 

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them. 

If your order was delivered with Fedex Freight or a forwarding agent, the costs of a return must be borne by you. Our customer service (+49 89 2322 5925) will be happy to help you organize the return. If we advance the costs, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping with the return of the returned goods. 

There is also the possibility to exchange goods for another article or voucher in one of our shops. If you wish for a return of the goods value, we will only forward your order to the customer service, and then the return will be made. In the shop we cannot make a cash payment of the goods value. For quick and easy reversal, we ask you to bring the delivery note from the shipping package.

The right of withdrawal does not exist with the following contracts:

- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination of the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. 
- Contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed pack if the seal has been removed after delivery. 
- Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated with the exception of subscription contracts.
