In Munich, on the edge of the Alps and far from any coastline, a unique surf scene is growing around the Eisbach wave, which is now famous worldwide. International surfing tourists, big-wave legends, and even the world's top professional surfers travel to Munich to experience this special wave and the local surf scene. Whether in snow and frozen shores or summer heat, by day or late at night – the Eisbach wave is always surfed.
Due to current safety regulations, our rental boards aren't used on the main Eisbach wave. However, there are plenty of other waves in Munich perfect for surfing. For cost reasons due to repairs on hardboards, we now only offer softboards for rental. We also provide wetsuits in all sizes and thicknesses. Softboards are versatile and suitable for surfers of all levels.
