This Torq Midlength Performance surfboard is a funboard on steroids.
The concept is to take the continuous plan shape of a minimal/funboard and add extra width and volume across the entire length.
The result is a board that is easy to handle and turn due to its shorter length, while still offering relaxed paddling and the buoyancy of a larger board.
For intermediate surfers, the board offers stability, paddle power, and the ability to catch more waves.
Heavier surfers will find sufficient buoyancy in it, despite its compactness.
Thanks to its single to double concave, it can still be surfed rail to rail.
With its 5 Future Fin Boxes, it can be surfed as a quad or thruster.
