This Torq Midlength Performance surfboard is a funboard on steroids.
The concept is to take the continuous plan shape of a minimal/funboard and add extra width and volume, throughout the entire length.
The result is a board that is easy to handle and turn due to its shorter length, but still paddles easily and offers the buoyancy of a larger board.
For progressing surfers, the board offers stability, paddle power, and the ability to catch more waves.
Heavier surfers will find sufficient buoyancy in it, despite its compactness.
Thanks to its single-to-double concave, it can still be surfed rail-to-rail.
With its 5 Future fin boxes, it can be surfed as a quad or thruster.
