A helmet does its best work when you stop noticing it. At 300 g the Superlight is the lightest helmet TSG makes – classic low-profile skate shape, in-mold construction, nothing you do not need. Ride it in the park, on street lines or around town; it is built to disappear on your head and stay in place when things go wrong.
The Story
TSG is a protection brand from Zürich. For the Superlight they fused the shock-absorbing EPS liner directly to the polycarbonate shell – in-mold construction – so the helmet loses weight without losing its job. The Solid Color edition keeps the look just as honest: satin black shell, red straps, no graphics. Made for people who want a skate helmet that looks like a skate helmet.

Care: take the inner pads out and wash them, wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap, let everything air dry. No solvents. And once the helmet takes a hard hit, retire it – it is built to absorb one big impact.

Measure your head circumference about 2.5 cm above the eyebrows, where sunglasses would sit. Between sizes? Take the larger one.

Is the Superlight certified for skateboarding?
Yes – EN 1078 is the European standard for bicycle and skateboard helmets. This helmet also carries CPSC and UKCA approval.
How light is it really?
300 g, the lightest helmet in TSG's range. You notice it on long sessions, not on the scale.

Measure around your head above the eyebrows and check the chart above. If you sit between two sizes, size up.
Can I wash the padding?
Yes, the inner pads can be removed and washed. TSG also offers spare pad kits if you ever want a fresh set.
