They protect your ears from common health problems like swimmer's ear (otitis externa) and surfer's ear (exostoses) without disturbing your hearing or balance by repelling water, cold air, and bacteria. Each pair of SwimEars comes with interchangeable parts (sizes XS to L) for a customized fit that's perfect for every ear.

Specifically designed to meet the needs of swimmers in both pools and open water, SwimEars feature a minimalist design that fits easily under swim caps and goggles, reducing drag while swimming.

Directions:

When inserting the earplugs, they should fit snugly and comfortably into the ear canal. The fin plug itself should not protrude from the ear. Fortunately, if they don't fit perfectly, you can exchange the plugs and stems for a different size (included) to find the right fit and ensure a proper seal in your ear.
