The Simba Sentinel helmet boasts several unique features: it is not only exceptionally lightweight but also very compact. This has a noticeable impact on its hydrodynamics and aerodynamics, and of course, above all, on its comfort.
Regarding comfort: The helmet can be adjusted to individual head shapes using the included foam pads. In terms of impact protection, the Sentinel features a hard outer shell that provides immediate protection from surfboards, foils, or other hard objects. Inside the helmet, a special foam construction is used to distribute the energy of the impact. A unique feature of the Simba Sentinel is its extended lower section, which protects sensitive areas of the face that are left unprotected in most competing products on the market. If water does enter the helmet, it can easily drain away through the channels in the inner padding.
Whether for rapid waves like Langenfeld, natural river waves like the Eisbach, heavy reef breaks or simply crowded lineups in summer - the Simba Sentinel ensures safety while surfing.
