Surfboards from 5'10 and above must be shipped via freight carrier, which is why the cost is higher.
The increased shipping costs for surfboards result from oversized package surcharges and transport insurance.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM containing in-stock items are usually shipped the same day.
No delivery on Sundays and holidays. If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed.
If the delivery time is longer, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
You can pick up your order for free at our shops by selecting "Self Pickup" during checkout.
Track your package anytime with the provided tracking number.
For customs shipments (Switzerland, UK, Liechtenstein), we ship with DAP40: Duty and tax-free.
