Payment and Vouchers

Discover all payment options at SantoLoco: in-store pickup, credit card, PayPal, SOFORT, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Germany only). Easily redeem vouchers during checkout – valid for 3 years with simple conditions.

We offer the following payment options for you:

In-Store Pickup

If you choose to pick up your order in our shop, you can pay directly at the checkout in cash or by EC/debit card or credit card.

Shipping Orders

For orders that are shipped, the following payment methods are available:

Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)

After placing your order, you will receive our bank details in the order confirmation. Your goods will be shipped once payment has been received.

Cash on Delivery (Germany Only)

You can pay for your order directly upon delivery. The following additional fees apply: 4,00€ service fee and 2€ payable to the delivery driver.

Credit Card

Your card will be charged when the order is completed. All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption. We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

PayPal

Pay easily and securely via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account or create one during checkout. After confirming your payment, the transaction will be processed automatically.

SOFORT Bank Transfer

We also offer SOFORT as a fast and secure payment option. Your payment is transferred to us immediately, allowing for quicker order processing. To use SOFORT, simply log in with your online banking details (PIN/TAN) via the secure payment form. The payment amount and recipient information will be pre-filled for your convenience. Note: SOFORT is available to most online banking users. Some banks may not yet support this service.

Voucher Information

You can redeem your voucher during checkout by entering the voucher code. Please note the following conditions:

  • Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Any remaining balance cannot be refunded or credited.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed before completing your order. Retroactive use is not possible.
  • If a return reduces the order value below the minimum required amount, the voucher value will be deducted.
  • In case of returns, the refunded amount will be credited internally.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years, unless stated otherwise on the voucher.
