Shipping Informations

  • Surfboards 5'10" and longer are shipped via freight carrier, which is why shipping costs are higher.
  • The increased cost covers oversized package surcharges and transport insurance.
  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM with in-stock items are usually shipped same day.
  • No delivery on Sundays or holidays.
  • If your order includes items with different shipping times, we ship them together unless agreed otherwise.
  • Longer delivery times? We’ll notify you within 48 hours and offer a full refund option.
  • Free in-store pickup available — select Self Pickup at checkout.
  • Track your package anytime using the provided tracking number.
  • Internationale Lieferungen (Schweiz, UK, Liechtenstein) erfolgen gemäß DAP (Delivered At Place), Incoterms® 2020. Einfuhrabgaben, Zölle und Steuern werden vom Käufer getragen. Versandkosten werden im Checkout berechnet und vorab bezahlt.
