Instructions:

When putting on the earplugs, they should snugly and comfortably fit into the ear canal. The lamella plug itself should not protrude from the ear. If they don't fit perfectly, you can fortunately exchange the plugs and grips for a different size (provided) to ensure the right fit and proper sealing of your ear.
