We accept the following payment methods
Payment: If you decide to pick up your order from us in the shop, you can also pay for it in cash or by EC / credit card at the checkout.
If you want the package to be sent, you can also use the following payment methods:
Payment in advance: If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery: If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, you pay for your goods directly upon delivery. There are an additional 4 euros as costs. In addition, 2 euros are to be paid directly to the deliverer. Important: Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany.
Credit card: You can pay with us using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. The data is transmitted via secure SSL encryption.
PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You have to be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
SOFORT Banking: We also offer SOFORT Banking. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is your account number, sort code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure payment form from SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to retailers, SOFORT transfer automatically and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account. If you choose the SOFORT transfer payment method, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank account. In addition, the transfer amount and purpose are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then you enter the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Immediately afterwards you will receive the transaction confirmation. In principle, every Internet user can use SOFORT as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that SOFORT is not yet available at a few banks.
What you should know about vouchers
You can redeem your voucher at the end of the order by entering the voucher code.
Important information about the voucher:
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Vouchers cannot be returned or paid out!
- Vouchers cannot be combined.
- Cash payment or crediting of a remaining amount is unfortunately not possible.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible.
- If the minimum purchase value of a promotional voucher is not reached when your goods are returned, the voucher amount will be deducted.
- In the case of purchase vouchers, the value of the returned items will be deducted from the voucher and stored as an internal credit.
- Purchase vouchers are valid for 3 years. The period of validity for a promotional voucher is stated on the voucher.
