For lengths from 5'10, we have to ship the surfboards with a freight carrier, hence the increased price.
The increased shipping costs for surfboards are due to surcharges for bulky items and transport insurance from the suppliers.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. containing items in stock are usually shipped the same day.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If the delivery time is longer for any reason, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing the order and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
You can pick up your order for free at our Munich store by simply selecting "Self-collector" during the ordering process. Once your ordered goods have arrived at the store, you will receive a notification by email. You can easily try on and return the goods.
You can track your package at any time with parcel tracking. You will receive your parcel number and the corresponding link by email. However, you can also find it under "My Account" for the respective order.
Shipments subject to customs duty (Switzerland, Great Britain, and Liechtenstein) will be sent with the DAP40 franking. Free house, without customs, without tax.
