Fit & Sizing

Measure just above your ears. S/M fits 56–58 cm, M/L fits 59–61 cm. If you sit between sizes, take the larger one — the elastic adjuster tightens the fit.

Rinse with fresh water after every session and let it air dry. No machine wash, no dryer.
