The Lowers 34" is where the YOW High Performance Series gets serious. A pronounced high concave and a nose-and-tail rocker lock your feet in for tight, vertical riding, while a stubby 17" wheelbase turns the deck into a snap-and-pivot machine. It is the board you grab when the session lives in the bowl, the park, or any ramp you can find.

The short 17" wheelbase makes the Lowers 34" reactive and easy to turn, so it suits riders who do not ride with their feet spread wide. If you want a wider stance and more control at speed, step up to a longer wheelbase in the Power Surfing Series.

- Can I tighten the surfskate system? No – overtightening the kingpin nut blocks the horizontal rebound of the YOW system and can damage its inner elements. You can change the ride feel with harder bushings or pivot cups instead.
